As WORTMANN AG, we support you as a channel partner with a clearly structured TERRA on-site service: our TERRA Service Center at HQ coordinates the entire process (intake, dispatching, spare parts and deployment logic), while the work on site is delivered through a dense network of more than 1,000 TERRA service partners in Germany and many countries across Europe. In many cases, you as a system integrator are the service partner yourself – you stay visible to the customer, while we provide the infrastructure, processes and backup you need for fast, accommodating and uncomplicated service handling.
- Data protection as standard (media retention): free of charge in TERRA on-site service since 2019. Defective drives stay with you; on request they’re rendered unusable on site and handed over to the customer. No transport, no storage, no residual risk.
- Less downtime (value-added service): advance exchange/value-added services shorten downtime and avoid follow-up visits – pragmatic, fast and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Better fault resolution thanks to a fair process: service partners are paid by the hour (not „piecework“). That means when the fault is unclear, multiple parts can be requested at once – reducing repeat visits and speeding up recovery.
